The Roadside Assistance Program was designed to inform the dealers on the standard of service for Lexus Owners. Through the Roadside assistance program Lexus dealers can continue the commitment to exceeding the customers expectations.

You’ll find the roadside assistance brochure in the glove compartment of every new Lexus. It was designed to communicate the complimentary services offered to every Lexus owner such as Roadside Assistance, Loaner Program & Maintenance Service.

Additionally, as a thank-you for their purchase, Lexus owners received a $50.00 gas card inserted in a custom carrier for their first fill-up.
